In our inaugural season, Northern Lights will be offering half year and quarter season teams.  At Northern Lights Plymouth, athletes of all experience levels are welcome to join our All-Star Team Evaluations. These sessions give every athlete the chance to showcase skills in jumps, tumbling, stunts, dance, and performance.Our coaches assess each athlete’s strengths and potential, then place them on the team that best matches their age, skill, and experience. This way, every athlete is challenged, supported, and set up to grow safely.Team placements aren’t about comparison—they’re about finding the right fit so each athlete can thrive, contribute, and enjoy their All-Star cheer journey. As skills progress, advancement opportunities may open during the season.
